The Alpha Antenna SS17+ Deluxe is a multiband portable vertical antenna covering 2–20 meters plus 220 and 440 MHz — nine bands in a single compact, portable system. Featuring a telescoping 17’9″ stainless steel whip element, the antenna handles serious power with ratings of 1200W PEP SSB, 600W CW, and 300W digital modes.
The package includes two 18-foot radials, a ground spike, guying kit, and carry bag. It can be deployed as a ground-mounted vertical, mast-mounted system, or on an optional tripod. Tuning is accomplished by simple extension or retraction of the telescopic element. Perfect for POTA, SOTA, and emergency communications where lightweight multi-band capability is essential.
